Before co-founding Thrive Creative, she served as Vice President and Creative Director of CrossMedia/GolinHarris, a mid-sized integrated marketing communications firm based in Chicago. In this position, Beth directed a team of designers and project managers, with ultimate responsibility for all creative materials. Beth also served as a client account executive for key accounts, reporting to the Worldwide Managing Director. Her clients included Abbott Labs, CNA Insurance, DaimlerChrysler, McDonald’s, Lowe’s, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Chicago Park District.

Before her role with CrossMedia/GolinHarris, Beth held design positions at various agencies in the Midwest and Southwest, including Burson-Marsteller and Gilbert/Robinson. Her clients included Pharmacia, Disney, Hyatt, Maytag, Procter & Gamble, and Sprint, among others.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications and Graphic Design from the University of Kansas. When she isn’t working, she’s likely at yoga, renovating her older home, or reading a good book.
